Role: Club Steward
‍Location: Rivets Sports & Social Club, Whitehead Way, Aylesbury HP21 8AD
‍Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: business standards, negotiable based on experience
Start Date: proposed start July 2026 (dependant on any relevant notice period)

Rivets Sports & Social Club is seeking to employ a reliable, hardworking and proactive Club Steward to help continue the development of our friendly, welcoming and community-focused club.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring excellent customer service for members and guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting club events and activities.

We are looking for someone who:
‍Has a positive and approachable manner
Works well independently and as part of a teamIs organised, dependable and motivated
Has good communication and customer service skills
Can help maintain the warm and inclusive atmosphere of the club
Previous hospitality, bar or club management experience is essential

For our members there is live entertainment every Saturday night with a variety of acts and local bands playing. We also run additional events throughout the year including supper nights, BBQs, Easter race night, bingo nights, Christmas childrens' party and more.
